..Easy, easy....Easy, easy....Easy, easy....Easy, easy..ALEX FERGUSON got the easy Champions League draw he wanted yesterday.
His Manchester United side landed a quarter-final date with 66-1 outsiders Porto.
But his Red Devils now face two vital games in just 48 hours as they bid to capture an historic trophy Quintuple.
They entertain Aston Villa in a televised clash on Sunday April 5 and Porto on April 7.
A Premier League spokesman confirmed: “The Villa game will go ahead as planned.”
Yesterday’s Euro draw, plotting the way to the final in Rome, saw Chelsea and Liverpool paired for the FIFTH season running. Arsenal got Villarreal.
But Fergie was licking his lips at the prospect of facing Porto.
He said: “This is a good draw for us. We’re happy and we’re looking forward to the tie.”
The defending champions would then play the winners of the Gunners-Villarreal tie in the semi-finals and are now 2-1 favourites to retain their crown after the draw in Nyon yesterday.
